All services must be paid for in full upfront before any work begins.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, allowing you the freedom to select your preferred carrier, delivery method, insurance, and signature options.

Kindly do not include shoeboxes or accessories when shipping your shoes, as these increase liability and shipping fees.

Once shoes are in the possession of the shipping carrier, I am not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

Please note that there is a strict NO REFUND policy. All sales are final.

While I will apply my full expertise and professional tools to each pair, results may vary, and not all shoes will look brand new after customization or restoration.

If your shoes have undergone any prior restoration, please disclose this before sending them.

Additional labor may result in an extra charge based on the condition and previous work.

I do not accept heavily worn or damaged shoes. All shoes must be brand new or in gently used condition to be eligible for customization.

All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. I will always aim to complete your order in a timely manner. Please reach out in advance for any rush or expedited services.
